Durante más de un año entero un grupo de profesionales y aficionados al mundo web, en especial WordPress, el CMS que ya ocupa el 30% de Internet y el 60% de todos los gestores de contenidos instalados en la red, nos hemos estado reuniendo en Meetups. Las Meetups son pequeñas reuniones mensuales, a veces dos al mes, en las que un ponente comparte conocimiento a todos los niveles con los demás. Un lugar de debate, en el que todos aprendemos y en el que se crean relaciones humanas en torno a WordPress y a la web.
El objetivo claro desde el principio era celebrar la gran reunión a la que todo aficionado a WordPress quiere asistir en su ciudad: la WordCamp. Estamos haciendo un duro trabajo desde que iniciamos la primera Meetup, todo ha ido según lo previsto, y por fin vamos a ver realizado este sueño.
